Hockey started in 2015 by the legendary Anthony Van Engelen alongside teammate and business partner Jason Dill. After the rising success of their first business venture Fucking Awesome, making a sister company just made sense with their focus on two underrated skateboarders, John Fitzgerald and Donovan Piscipo. From the words of AVE “If you skate with those dudes, they’re so gnarly… It’s kind of brutal, brutal like Hockey”.

Ave and Dill once again conducted an army of extremely talented and unique skaters of various age groups and backgrounds. Although team riders like Kevin Rodrigues, Caleb Barnett, Andrew Allen and Ben Kadow are the face of the brand, it’s the vision of creative director and designer Benny Magliano that we can thank for all their incredible videos and pop art/horror movie inspired graphics. Printed on the fantastic PS Stix wood, Hockeys shovelnose boards, attention to detail and art direction is not to be slept on.
