About Bones

Bones was founded by George Powell as part of Powell Peralta in Santa Barbara, California. The brand pioneered urethane wheel and bearing technology in skateboarding and became one of the most respected names in skate hardware through decades of continuous refinement. Bones bearings and wheels have been used by professional skaters at the highest level throughout the brand's history and remain the benchmark for quality in skateboard hardware.

Bones Reds Bearings

The Bones Reds is the most popular skateboard bearing in the world and the most searched Bones product in Australia. A precision chrome steel bearing with a red shield, the Reds offers excellent performance at an affordable price point. Fast Times stocks the Bones Reds Bearings 8 pack at $34.95 and the Bones Reds Big Balls Bearings 8 pack at $49.95, which features larger balls for reduced friction and improved speed.

Bones Super Reds Bearings

The Bones Super Reds are an upgraded version of the Reds, built with higher quality steel and tighter tolerances for improved speed and durability. Available at Fast Times at $59.95 for an 8 pack. A strong middle-ground option between the Reds and the Swiss for skaters who want more performance without going to the premium price point.

Bones Swiss Bearings

The Bones Swiss is the premium bearing in the Bones range, hand-assembled in Switzerland to tighter tolerances than any mass-produced bearing. Available at Fast Times in the standard Swiss ($129.95) and the Super Swiss 6 Ball ($134.95), which features six larger balls instead of the standard seven for reduced friction and a smoother, faster roll. The Swiss is the bearing of choice for serious skaters who want the best performance available.

Bones Speed Cream

Bones Speed Cream is the most popular bearing lubricant in skateboarding. A lightweight racing-formula lubricant designed to clean and re-lubricate skateboard bearings, Speed Cream extends bearing life and improves roll speed. Available at Fast Times at $13.95. One of the most cost-effective maintenance products you can buy for your skateboard setup.

Bones Wheels

Fast Times stocks two Bones wheel options. The Bones SPF Scorpeedo Sidecut 84B is a 60mm pool and transition wheel in an 84B hardness, suited to pool skating, transition and rough surface skating. The Bones X-Formula V6 Widecut 99A is a 55mm street wheel built on Bones' X-Formula urethane compound, available in a 4 pack at $94.95. Both are built to the same high standard as the rest of the Bones range.

Bones Hardcore Bushings

Fast Times stocks a full range of Bones Hardcore Bushings across three durometers. The 81A Soft is available in white, the 91A Medium in black and white, and the 96A Hard in black and white. All are priced at $19.95 per set. Harder bushings suit heavier riders or those who prefer a stiffer, more stable feel. Softer bushings suit lighter riders or those who want looser, more responsive turning.
