Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $100.

Flat Rate
Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $10.

Express Shipping
Available on orders over $100 for an additional $15. Express delivery is via Australia Post—please ensure your address is within the Express Post Network to be eligible.

International Shipping
We ship to several countries, but unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to Europe or the USA. Use our shipping estimator at checkout to calculate delivery costs to your country. All duties, taxes and/or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Timeframes

Domestic Orders (Australia)
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. If you're in a regional area, allow up to 10 days.
All orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days and come with tracking.

International Orders
Expect delivery in 10–14 business days, depending on location.
Please note that International orders may require consolidation at our warehouse prior to dispatch.

During peak periods (e.g. sales, holidays), please allow extra time for dispatch.

We use Australia Post eParcel for all deliveries. Orders are automatically delivered via Safe Drop—this means your parcel may be left in a safe place if no one is home.
