Girl Skateboards is a Torrance, CA based board company that was started in 1993 by pro skaters and masterminds Rick Howard, Mike Carroll along with Megan Baltimore, and Spike Jonze. Their logo was inspired by the brand name itself - Girl; keeping it simple, the brand ended up with a similar icon to the symbol on women's bathrooms. 

With well over 2 decades in the industry, Girl has certified their spot in skateboardings top tier of board brands and continues to produce quality products to stand the test of time. Over the years, Girl has sponsored skate royalty such as Eric Koston, Guy Mariano, Brian Anderson and Paul Rodriguez. While these icons have moved on, they continue their legacy by introducing new talent on a regular basis, such as Breana Geering, Simon Bannerot, Neils Bennett and Australian 2020 S.O.T.Y Rowan Davis.
