Doomsayers Snake Shake Deck Taihou Tokura

Founded in Sacramento, California in 2012 by professional skateboarder Omar Salazar, Doomsayers Club began as a satirical reaction to the naysayers and corporate gatekeepers who had told him no throughout his career. The name itself is a nod to those voices, and the iconic Snake Shake logo a symbol of that same irreverent defiance. Conceived during a late-night drive from LA to Sacramento, the brand was built entirely around Salazar’s own creative vision, with full ownership giving him the freedom to do things exactly his way.

Doomsayers developed a distinctive identity that draws from skateboarding, occult imagery, traditional tattoo art, motorcycles and underground culture, with graphics and artwork that are immediately recognisable and refuse to follow conventional skate branding. A collaboration with Independent Trucks brought the brand wider recognition while cementing its underground credibility, and the range continues to span decks, tees, caps, pins, patches and accessories for those who earn their place in the club.
