Ashley Kobayashi x Fast Times

Ashley Kobayashi is an illustrator, animator, skateboarder and Fast Times staff member based in Adelaide, South Australia.

Born in Kyoto, Kobe has been passionate about creating art from a young age. Inspired by the likes of Hiroshi Yoshida & Hokusai, exploring cultural themes of Japan has been a lead focus in his work and captured our attention with his vibrant yet delicate watercolours.

Aside from his incredible artistic skills, Kobe is a talented pianist and guitarist, and strives to extend his creativity in all fields.

Taking things slowly and focusing on quality over quantity, Kobe’s main ambition is to keep growing, learning, creating and enjoying the process.
