Hockey Skateboards was founded in 2015 by legendary skateboarder Anthony Van Engelen alongside teammate and business partner Jason Dill. Following the success of Fucking Awesome, Hockey was created with a focus on a new generation of raw and unconventional skateboarders, including John Fitzgerald and Donovan Piscopo.

With a team featuring riders such as Kevin Rodrigues, Caleb Barnett, Andrew Allen and Ben Kadow, Hockey has built its own identity through distinctive skate videos, artwork and board shapes. Creative director Benny Magliano's pop art and horror-inspired graphics have become a defining part of the brand, while Hockey's shovelnose decks and attention to detail continue to set it apart.
