Frog Skateboards New Career Deck Frankie Decker

Frog Skateboards began as a joke project between skateboarders Chris Milic and Jesse Alba before developing into one of the more distinctive brands to emerge from the independent skate scene. Milic's hand-drawn Frog logo, pixel artwork and deliberately simple graphics became central to the brand's identity, while the project's playful approach quickly attracted attention well beyond skateboarding.

Frog's early graphics and positive slogans, including “Girls Rule” and “I Love Energy”, helped define its irreverent approach. Collaborations with Nike SB and Noah introduced Frog to a much wider audience, while the brand's connection to Chris Milic's skating and creative work kept its DIY character intact.

What started with homemade-looking artwork and a deliberately uncomplicated approach grew into a recognised skate brand without losing the humour and individuality that made Frog different in the first place. Its decks and apparel continue to reflect that original spirit, with graphics that feel personal, playful and unmistakably Frog.
