Disorder Skull Apple Deck Mark Appleyard

Disorder Skateboards was founded in 2021 by professional skateboarder Nyjah Huston, giving him the opportunity to create a skateboard brand built around his own approach to skating. Huston had spent years riding a custom board shape developed with legendary board builder Paul Schmitt, and Disorder's launch finally made that shape available to other skaters. The brand debuted as Huston prepared to represent the USA at skateboarding's Olympic debut in Tokyo.

From the beginning, Disorder has been built around individuality and rejecting the expected path. The name itself reflects the idea of disrupting the normal order, while the brand's original message encouraged skaters to be themselves, think differently and live outside the rules. That attitude carries through its skateboard graphics, apparel and overall visual identity.

Disorder has since expanded its team beyond Huston, with riders including Mark Appleyard, Clive Dixon, Dominick Walker, Alex Midler, Giovanni Vianna, Kyonosuke Yamashita and Miles Silvas. The brand released its first full-length video, Distress, in 2025, marking another step in establishing Disorder as a team-driven skate brand rather than simply an extension of Huston's career.
