Creature Hallucination Beast Deck

Founded in 1994 by Russ Pope under NHS Distribution, Creature Skateboards emerged from the Santa Monica Airlines scene with a team that included Darren Navarrette, Jason Adams and Barker Barrett. The brand built a distinct identity around horror, monsters and dark imagery before going on hiatus in the late 1990s, before NHS revived Creature in 2005 with Navarrette helping lead the new era alongside a fresh generation of riders.

Creature's visual identity draws heavily from horror films, heavy metal, skeletons and dark imagery, with artists including Todd Bratrud contributing to its instantly recognisable graphic style. The current Creature Fiends roster includes Darren Navarrette, Collin Provost, Kevin Baekkel, David Gravette, Milton Martinez, Cody Lockwood, Mathias Torres, John Worthington and Jhanka Gonzalez, representing some of the fastest, heaviest and most unconventional skating in the game today. More than 30 years after its original launch, Creature remains part of the NHS family and continues to build its identity around the darker side of skateboarding.
