Founded in 1989 by legendary skateboarder Mark Gonzales as part of Steve Rocco's World Industries, Blind Skateboards quickly became a major force in the rise of street skating. Gonzales' creative direction and an influential team helped shape a new era of skateboarding, pushing the possibilities of what street skating could be and wrapping it in graphics and an attitude that felt unlike anything else at the time.

Blind's 1991 video Video Days remains one of the most celebrated skate films ever made, featuring Gonzales, Guy Mariano, Jason Lee and Rudy Johnson in parts that still hold up today. Followed by projects including Tim and Henry's Pack of Lies, Blind built a distinctive identity through raw skating, memorable graphics and an unconventional approach to skateboard culture that left a lasting mark on the industry.

Today Blind continues to produce skateboard decks, with reissues that revisit the graphics and shapes that helped define the brand's early years, keeping one of skateboarding's most important stories alive for a new generation.
