Baker originally started as a group of misfits in California’s Huntington Beach and quickly turned into one of the most successful skateboard companies to date since they first released the legendary Baker 2G video in 2000. Founding member and professional skateboarder, Andrew Reynolds gained his fame from Birdhouse Skateboards’ “The End” video while his partner Jay Strickland’s filming and editing technique gained a multitude of popularity which had young skaters turning from fresh to hesh overnight. 20 years later Baker remains on top of the game and has been known to collaborate with the likes of Neckface, artist and team rider Kevin Long, friend and family member Jerry Hsu and many more.
