Shipping & Delivery


Orders are processed Monday-Friday from 10:00am - 1:30pm EST.
You will recieve tracking advice in a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. 

Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery in Australia.
Whilst we aim to display stocked items correctly on our website, in the event that your product is out of stock, you will recieve a call & follow up email from our customer care team.

These items will be placed on back order if requested, you will alternatively be offered a credit note or a refund.


We use Australia Post. We will not be held liable for the loss or damage of items delivered by Australia Post.
All Australian orders will qualify for free standard shipping, if you do require your item express, please email our customer care team at prior to placing your order so we can include express shipping in your total.


We do ship internationally and offer both regular and express postage for our international orders and your shipping costs will be updated upon checkout.
