Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be perfectly happy with your item.

If you are not perfectly happy with your choice of purchase, you are welcome to return your order for an exchange or refund provided the goods are in their original and unused condition and within 14 days of the day you received your item for an exchange or refund.

We do not refund return postage amounts simply due to change of mind.

Please let us know the reason for returning the goods and what you would like the goods exchanged for.

For your protection we suggest that you send your goods back tracked with insurance for delivery confirmation as we are not liable should Australia Post lose your item in the mail.

*Goods that are returned in a condition other than their original and unused, or after the 14-day period will not be accepted.

 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the rare case you have received the wrong item or your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team info@fasttimes.com.au please include your name and order number or your original order.
If your item is faulty, please also include photos of the fault so it can be investigated quicker.

 

 IN STORE RETURNS

You can return your items at any Fast Times store for a store credit or exchange. Please note that our stores are unable to process refunds for online purchases and they will need to be returned back to the address above.

Customers will need to provide their online tax invoice or email confirmation as proof of purchase, and goods must be received back in their original, unworn and condition.
