Shipping & Delivery


Orders are processed Monday-Friday from 10:00am - 1:30pm EST
Please allow upto 2 days for your order to be processed.
You will recieve tracking advice in a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. 

Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery in Australia.
Whilst we aim to display stocked items correctly on our website, in the event that your product is out of stock, you will recieve an email from our customer care team.

These items will be placed on back order if requested, you will alternatively be offered a credit note or a refund.

We use Australian Post eParcel are are not liable for the loss or damage of items delivered by Australia Post.
By Default, All orders are now delivered using safe drop.
If you would like to sign for your delivery, please include it in the notes when placing your order.

On occassion, your order will be shipped out from stores and can arrive in multiple deliveries without notice.
Whilst we will try to update you as much as possible on your split deliveries, it's not always possible.
If you have any issues or questions, please email our customer care team on or on the chat tab at the bottom of your screen which is operated 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

All Australian orders will qualify for free standard shipping, if you do require your item express,
please email our customer care team at prior to placing your order so we can include express shipping in your total.


We do ship internationally and offer both regular and express postage for our international orders and your shipping costs will be updated upon checkout.
