Shipping & Delivery


Orders are processed Monday-Friday from 10:00am - 3:30pm EST.
You will recieve tracking advice in a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. 

Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery in Australia.
Whilst we aim to display stocked items on our website, in the event that your product is out of stock, you will recieve a call & follow up email from our customer care team.

These items will be placed on back order if requested. 


We use Australia Post. We will not be held liable for the loss or damage of items delivered by Australia Post.

Some parcels over 10kg will occur an extra postage charge.
We will contact you prior to processing if this affects your order.


We do ship internationally and your shipping costs will be updated upon checkout.
